However, we acknowledge that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, we have established the following return policy:

Lash extensions
  • Only unopened and unused lash extension products are eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • if you wish to return and exchange your product, you can do so up to 5 business days provides the items are unopened and sealed in the original package, when deseyener received and I specked the package, customer will get store credit.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used lash extension products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Beauty tools and accessories associated with lash extensions can only be returned if they have not been used.
  • Deseyener not responsible to covering shipping cost for unused products.
  • Deseyener not responsible for delays in shipping incurred by USPS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX or other postal services. We ship our products promptly and provide shipping information ( tracking number ) and lost or stolen i teams not eligible for refund or credit.   • Deseyener tweezers double tested by Anna and deseyener team members and only returnable with video proof.
  • Tweezers sales are final and non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects:
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a lash extension product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide relevant details about the defect along with supporting photographs.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the defective product.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Returns due to Preference or Change of Mind:
  • If you need to return a lash extension product due to a personal preference or change of mind, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, within 7 business days.

  • All approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's policies.

Non-returnable Products:
  • For health and safety reasons, lash adhesives , opened lash extensions and pre made fans cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Gift cards, digital products, and downloadable content are also non-returnable.
